2010 REGISTRATION FEES & INFORMATION
Registration Days are Saturdays 30 January, 6 February and 13 February between 2pm & 6pm at Kanwal Hall, Pearce Road, Kanwal
Registration fees include Club shorts and Socks for fully paid up players only.
Part Payments do not ensure Registration, only fully paid players are considered registered.
All players MUST be FULLY REGISTERED before playing in ANY Trial matches.
ID photos will be taken where required at Registration for Grade 9 and over, player attendance is necessary.
** RETURNING PLAYERS TO THE CLUB FROM 2008 & 2009
A form will be available at Registration that has been printed out for you to check all entries. Please check and ensure all particulars are filled out CLEARLY & CORRECTLY
** PLAYERS FROM OTHER CLUBS IN 2008 & 2009
Please download the form at this link FORM NRR03 making sure that all particulars filled in are CLEAR & CORRECT. Forms will also be available on Registration Days
** NEW PLAYERS
A new Registration Form will be available on the day and must be filled out for Registration. Please ensure all particulars are filled out CLEARLY & CORRECTLY. All new Registrations will need to provide proof of age. ( Birth Certificate or Passport or similar). ID photos will be taken free of charge at Registration for players turning 9 years old in 2010 to Senior.

Registration Fees should be paid in FULL at the time of Registration. Registration is not complete until full payment is made. Special circumstances will be considered by the Committee. Due to insurance purposes all players must be registered prior to grading and/or trial games.
PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES
For your convenience EFTPOS and Credit Card transactions are now available for the payment of registration fees on Registration Days.
New Players Grade 5 to Seniors will require a birth certificate, passport, drivers licence or suitable proof of age. 
New photos must be taken for 9, 11, 13, 15, 17 and Seniors. Parents MUST sign for all players under the age of 18 or the player cannot be registered at that time. 18 and over must sign for themselves. Insurance agreements must be signed.
