Some training areas have been altered to try to save the Wadalba Sports Complex playing surface as much as possible. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE GOAL MOUTHS ON THE FIELDS, as too much wear in this area of the field may mean that the fields become unplayable later in the season.

SMALL SIDED FOOTBALL (SSF) Ages 5, 6, 7 and 8 : Football Australia has made alterations to the 7's age group and also the Central Coast will be extending the Small Sided Football Format into the 8's Age Group for 2010 in line with direction from Football Australia.
